Production of precise electric measurement devices.

Mechanical shop was founded in 1930 as a supporting facility for Kiev Energy University, they produced paper capacitors and laboratory equipment. Since 1938 shop was transformed to «Киевский завод электротехнической аппаратуры» (Kiev Electrotechnics Device Plant), they started production of different precise measurement devices, potenciometers and trafos, dual measurement bridges and etc. On beginning of WW2 factory was moved to Omsk and later it became known like Omsk Electric Precise Device Plant. However, since 1943 former company in Kiev was renewed to, they focused on precise electric devices and automation.

In 1954 factory was renamed to Киевский завод «Точэлектроприбор» - Kiev Tochelektropribor Plant (Tochelektropribor - Precies Electrics Devices). The continued in production of precise eletro- dynamic, -static, c-magnetic and ferrodynamic measurement devices, Amp/Volt/Watt/Phasemeters, calibration and normalized units.

During 70`s company implemented digital measurement methods and indicators.

In 1993 company was transformed to АК «Росток» - Rostok Stock Corporation, later it changed ownership type a few times.

Now company portfolio is created by  electricity counters, home/car devices, audio-video devices.
