In the November 1924 The Radio Trade Directory under the heading manufacturers of Vacuum Tube Sets on page 78 the Carloyd Electric & Radio Company was located at 342 Madison Avenue in New York City, New York.
The company was no longer listed in the August 1926 edition of the McGraw-Hill Radio Trade Catalog.

There is a link between Carloyd Electric and the later Malone Lemmon company.
