Vilniaus Vingis group The enterprise started activity in 1959 and in 1994 was regesterd as Vilniaus Vingis AB. The main Vilniaus Vingis goup field of activity is: Development and manufacture of electronic components for TV industry; Development and manufacture special purpose equipment and tools; Molds and stamps; Metal electroplating services. In late 2005, with the aim to increase efficiency Vilniaus Vingis AB was restructure into the "Vilniaus Vingis enterprises group" comprising of three enterprises: Vilniaus Vingis AB and from the 1st of January 2006 two self-dependent daughter companies: Vilniaus Vingio Gija UAB and Vilniaus Vingio Mechanika UAB Vilniaus Vingis AB is the only stockholder of founded daughter companies. The activity of Vilniaus Vingis AB division Gija passed over to Vilniaus Vingis Gija UAB (moulding of plastics, metal stamping, electroplating of metal, winding components). The activities of Vilniaus Vingis AB divisions Maga and Tooling production passed over to Vilniaus Vingio Mechanika UAB (design and manufacture of wide profile moulds, cold stamps, different components and tools). Design and manufacture of non-standard control equipment, design of winding machines, carry out the automation of different production processes). All company's groups are settled in territory of Vilniaus Vingis AB. At present 1230 people working in whole company's group.
