This device could not use DA1 - old miniature battery triode, this DA1 must be a kind of semiconductor diode

Dear Tomasz, you are right partially, it is not the old DA1 tube, but not a semicondutor one too.
Inside is a special, different Tungsram tube diode DA1, see picture, I uploaded schematic too.
