clarville: Solistor

 I tried to upload a new model Solistor manufactured by Radio Popular Bucharest under the type name S593T. But I can not afford it because the field “Manufacturer/Brand “it not filling up. The model is similar with the Solistor 59 manufactured by Clarville.

Hello Francisc,

for the manufacturer/brand, please fill-in only the word "Radio" (Radio P works also), then a quite long list will open where you scroll down to Radio Popular.

Indeed, if you write the complete manufacturer, no response from the system will be shown. The reason for such a behaviour...?

Thank for answering... When I type "Radio" than in the list there is "Radio Popular only! I selct it, than go to the next  page but no Radio Popular enimore!!!

I tried with "Electronica" it works... What to do next?

Please try to clear the browser's cache before you have another try. Maybe there's an old version of the final page. Then it should work. I have tried this with several different writings (Radio, Radio P..), selected the manufacturer, confirmed with "GO" and the (test model) has been proposed successfully.

If all this will fail, please use another manufacturer which will be accepted. I will change it to "Radio Popular.." when in list.

HI!

I did the reset of cache... but stil is the same. So I upoloaded with Electronica manufacturer (here I have got a pop up menue with many in...)

May I please to change it to Radio Popular (May be it is single and the program can not manage this...)

Now the model Solistor S593T is online. Through this detour (selecting of another manufacturer and changing to the correct one during administration), the problem was solved, at least for this model. From the distance, it's not possible to tell why the selection of the company doesn't work.
