Hi,

I have a Dux radio. However, I'm having trouble identifying it. The radio is labeled as model V421. The problem is that there's another radio like this (there's no photo, but the description indicates that it's not my radio). I thought someone might have assembled this radio from various parts. However, I came across the exact same model as mine online. Does anyone have any idea what kind of radio this is?

If it's a V421 they recycled the model name. It certainly is similar to these 1935 to 1937 models, though the back doesn't match. Perhaps the back isn't original.

V65

V64

U64

If it's 4V AC, then it's like the V64 & V65

If it's 200 mA series AC/DC then it's a U series.

EDIT
However the rear voltage selector is in the wrong place to match any of those.

I have some new thoughts about Dux:

First of all, the chassis, the case, and the back panel definitely form a complete set. They fit together perfectly, and there are no signs of any modifications.

The socket that is covered by the back panel is the safety socket. And all the openings fit perfectly.

Second, upon closer inspection, I found a date written in pencil on the bottom
