korting: 1085FX; Delmonico Stereomatic

Greetings all,

This model shows no schematic and all efforts to find one have yielded nothing. Would anyone know if the chassis is similar to another, or where a schematic might be found? The time to create my own, i'm afraid will not be worth the effort to restore this nice looking early stereo system.

Thanks Bill.  I found a few threads on antique radio forum.  I've asked them as well, the problem is they were in 2006, 2010, and 2013............ odds aren't good.  lol

Jay, As Hans has shown, sometimes you don't need the exact schematic and instead a similar model will have the adjustments in the same place. I had traced the circuits in my set back sufficiently to make a block diagram.

Dear all,

Three more documents (alignment, dial cord stringing and pcb layout) has been uploaded to the domestic model Madrid 23531 respectively Madrid Stereo 23531 sold by Neckermann.

Main differences (beside the cabinet shape) to the Delmonico 1085FX USA-model are the additional LW range and UKW/FM limited to 104 MHz.
