Hello Giovanni,

Thanks for the information and noticed in the schematic that it referenced to a grid "cap" not a plate cap.

A little more research I came up with the following from Google.

""A lesser-known fact is the word “tapa” comes from the Spanish verb tapar, meaning “to cover.” This comes from a time when the barkeep would put a slice of cheese or ham on a small plate and set it on top of the customer's glass.
Tapa literally means “cover” or “lid.” Some say “tapas” was derived from the practice of covering a glass of wine with a bread slice or small plate to keep out fruit flies.Jun 7, 2016""

Thus the term "LID" and "TAPA".  There were a few "bars" in the 30's including my grandfathers.

Glad I can still learn as I progress in the aging process.

Thanks agn...
