Hi, I am not uploading much but am using resources like schamtics. Do I need to contribute more $ for site upkeep?

If your UACS Q is above 900, you have to think about it and upload something yourself to download again. Then you can report pictures, schematics or even achieved sales prices, but do not send money. Currently your Q ist at 39 - so no reason to worry.
