I just Picked up one of these with Original Manual.

It is in excellent original condition

The Model Numberon Data Plate is   40672

It is also referred to as Model V-191 in Manual

This was originally made as companion to the Pilot Super Wasp

Models C179 , T-170 and also applied to C,F,L, and J

Thought I would share this info.

Hi Bob,

You mention the Super Wasp. My Super Wasp K-110 covers in the first band 220 to 500 m. At least officially 550 kHz = 545 m would be off band. Same for the K-115.

Was it recommended to use the converter with a.m. sets?

The All-wave Super wasp is already a double conversion superhet. Only the K-136 could make sense.

regards,
KoBi

Only the listed Model numbers of Super Wasp in my post are the ones recommend for this converter.

The Converter may be used on any AM (Broadcast Set)

I will scan manual and maybe you can help me post it to the Forum

Thanks
