In anschaulichen Modellen, darunter die Nachbildung eines Gradierwerks, wird die Herstellung von Speisesalz dargestellt, wie sie hier am Ort bis 1906 stattgefunden hat, von der Sole- und Torfgewinnung (als Brennmaterial für den Siedevorgang) bis zur Abfuhr des Produkts durch die "Sülzer Salzfahrer" in die Salzlager des Landes. |
