| Description | Witte’s Museum voor Fotografie en Radio has an extensive collection of over 800 radio sets and sound recording mediums, such as a 1903 pathophone and an Edison dictation machine dating from 1922. All of these radio sets, tape recorders and record players are still in working order!
In addition, the museum exhibits hundreds of cameras and accessories such as magic lanterns, flashes and glass plates. A veritable source of inspiration for all photography and radio enthusiasts! After your tour of the Museum the Praethuis offers a free cup of coffee. |

Witte’s Museum voor Fotografie en Radio heeft een uitgebreidecollectie van meer dan 800 radiotoestellen on geluidsdragers, zoals een pathofoon uit 1903 on een dictafoon van Edison uit 1922. Alle toestellen, bandrecorders en platenspelers brengen nog steeds geluid voort! In het museum zijn ook honderden camera’s met toebehoren te zien zoals toverlantaarns, flitsers en glasplaten. Verder is or een donkere kamer uit omstreeks 1910 te bewonderen. Een ware inspiratiebron voor alle fotografie-en radioliefhebbers! Na bezichtiging kunt u nog even napraten in het Praethuis onder genot van een gratis kopje koffie. |
