Amtrak's Empire, Maple Leaf, and Lake Shore Limited trains stop at Utica's Union Station.
Bus service is provided by the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CENTRO),
a Syracuse public transport operator which runs 12 lines in Utica and has a downtown hub.
Intercity bus service is provided by Greyhound Lines, Short Line, Adirondack Trailways, and Birnie Bus Service, with weekday and Saturday service to Syracuse; both stop at Union Station.

The Museum's location is along Utica's Memorial Parkway

Visitors will be able to enter through the magnificent glass Rotunda and explore the diverse exhibits throughout the second floor! Our museum will be all-new and waiting for you in the Parkway District on the corner of Holland Ave and Memorial Parkway in Utica, NY.
