Stromversorgung mittels zweier in Serie geschalteten Silber-Zink-Akkumulatoren und Transverter zur Erzeugung der Anodenspannung, 1,5 m Stabantenne.
Einsatz als Nachfolgegerät des R-116 als Kompaniefunkgerät in der sowjetischen Armee und weiteren Streitkräften des des Warschauer Vertrages, Einsatz von Geräten für Verbindungen innerhalb der Kompanien resp. zwischen den Zugführern in der NVA der DDR.
R-126 {P-126} : portable military radio, frequency coverage 48,50 - 51,50 MHz, 31 channels with 100 kHz dial marks; telephony FM (F3), output power 0,36 W.
Powered by two silver - zink accumulators and transverter for anode voltage; 1,5 m rod antenna.
Used by the Soviet army, in the NVA of former German Democratic Republic and other eastern european armed forces.
