  • The case of the radio is a simple but unusual shape; the front and back panels are bowed inwards, the base is smoothly curved for carrying, and the left and right bottom edges are acutely angled and act as feet when the radio is resting on a flat surface. The volume thumbwheel is on the back panel, and the thumbwheel for the tuning drum protrudes on both the front and back panel, allowing accurate tuning between thumb and fingers.
