  • The design is a fairly straight forward 6 valve superhet using mechanical bandspread and covers 200 kHz to 30 MHz in 5 bands. The units were powered by a vibrator power supply and were intended for remote places. Phone socket included which disconnects the monitor speaker when inserted. No details of original power supply as some sets were later officially converted to AC use.
