  E' stato progettato per soddisfare le richieste dei radioamatori che si dedicano alla CW. Consente di costruire un efficiente tasto elettronico , che permette di ottenere delle manipolazioni perfette la cui velocità è regolabile mediante un doppio comando. Il circuito dispone anche di un audio-oscillatore, per il controllo auricolare della manipolazione.
