• Das Dimafon Reprodukta ist ein magnetisches Schallwiedergabegerät. Als Speichermedium werden sog. ASTROMG-Schallplatten mit einer Laufzeit von 10 Minuten pro Seite verwendet. Diese Platten bestehen aus einem Kunststoff, der beidseitig mit einer eisenoxyhaltigen Folie bedeckt ist. In die Platte sind Rillen eingepresst, die gleichzeitig zur Führung des Wiedergabekopfes dienen. Die Drehzahl beträgt im Normalfall 15 Upm, ist aber einstellbar von 0 bis 18 Upm.
