Achtung: Spartrafo, keine Netzisolation, Chassis kann Netzspannung führen.
This receiver was built by Bell in Antwerp and uses the chassis of Radiobell 438. It was probably meant for export (e.g. Norway). Perhaps the back cover of the pictured radio is not original, as it doesn't mention tube EB4.
