  • SAMS Photofact Date 7-55, set 284, folder 5 shows the Capehart-Farnsworth Co. models 4PH55B, 4PH55M, 16PH55B, 16PH55F and 16PH55M with the same chassis CA-156. They are AC operated 10 Watt audio amplifiers with 3 speed automatic record changer. For service information on record changer #345A see similar V-M Model 950 on Photofact set #216 folder 11 or record changer manual CM-5. There are two 12" sized speakers and two 5" sized speakers built in. On the chassis there is a hum balance control.
