With this tester we can measure gain of NPN and PNP transistors at collector current low as 10 nA, and leakage down of 1 nA can be detected.
Collector current may be up to 30 mA in 12 ranges. Collector test voltage : 4 V.
Base current variable from 0 to 1 mA in 9 ranges and readable on the instrument.
