  • The Crosley 744 is an AC operated 7 tube BC, Police and SW receiver.  Chassis were supplied with either a standard 60 cycle, 110V power transformer, a 25-60 cycle, 110V power transformer or a 25-60 cycle, 220V power transformer. 

    Band Frequency Ranges are as follows:
    American Broadcast Band (Blue Band)............540 - 1800kHz
    Police and Amateur Band (Red Band).............1800 - 6000kHz

    High Frequency Band (Green Band)................6000 - 18000kHz
