Le récepteur est une version améliorée du C35, il comporte de nouveaux bobinages dans le circuit d'antenne.
Comme le C35, cet appareil est muni d'un système anti-fading, et d'un haut-parleur dynamique grand modèle. La bobine d'excitation, L11 sur le schéma, est alimentée par une section de la valve 25Z5.
La dernière lampe FI (6B7) est reflexée comme premier étage BF.
