    In July 1959 a service bulletin was issued reommending fitting a 100 Ohms on 5Y3 output to B+ line and a 3A fuse on the mains transformer input, due to reported 5Y3 failures. This applied to RC308, RC308R, RC355, RC361 and RC367.
