  Switchable dual frequency IF strip and AVC to ensure continous coverage without gaps.
  Ship's main receiver, designed to replace the old wireless installations on ocean ships (like Queen Mary) from the thirties, developed by Stratton / Eddystone. Later these sets got the designation IMR54 (to replace the pre-war IMR42) and have been sold by Marconi as (IMR54) or by LMT (as 3321/C), although they have been manufactured at Stratton.
