  • This battery eliminator was designed to supply the filaments of series connected valves of the 199 class (60 mA) as well as the H.T. and grid bias supplies.  

    This unit also incorporated a power amplifier.  The power amplifier valve filament was supplied with A.C. from a winding on the power transformer.
