Earliest newspaper advertisement is in the “Mercury”, (Tas.), August 18, 1930. Advertised as a 5 valve version for Aus£49/17/6 and a three valve version for Aus£37/10/-.

This model was still being sold in July, 1931 at the reduced price of £35.

It is not known if the rectifier tube is included in the count. It might be 6 tubes.
