Con questa centralina venivano dotati gli Utenti telefonici importanti dove era necessario ripristinare il servizio celermente in caso di guasto. Era possibile con questi apparecchi controllare l'integrità ed il regolare funzionamento della linea telefonica al termine della medesima, anzichè all'origine come ormai si fa da parecchi anni. Dotata di stumento che indica la tensione in arrivo dalla centrale.
