A detailed image of the Fernseh A.G. Heimempfanger (180 lines standard, 1936) held in depot at the Deutsches Museum can be found inside "Kultur & Technik" 1/1987, at pages 34 (front view) and page 35 (chassis detail).
The image of the back of the set at page 35 is very interesting. The Heimempfanger is composed of 6 chassis placed two by two on each other, connected to each other by large shielded cables. The CRT is of the electrostatic deflection type, surrounded by a protective leather jacket.
At a first analysis, the two upper chassis seem to be the timebase and deflection (horizontal and vertical). The two chassis in the middle are the video and audio receivers, and finally the lower are the two power supplies: low voltages and high voltage for the CRT.
