  • The Fisher Futura III Model F50X-PM is a AM/FM Stereo Console.

    This model has the Provincial Mahogany cabinet.

    There are 3 chassis's in the console:

    1. 480T AM/FM Tuner Preamplifier - 12 tubes.

    2. 660T Amplifier -  6 tubes.

    3. MPX-70 Multiplex Adapter -  3 tubes.

    The console amplifier is stereo and the AM/FM tuner is mono and needs an optional multiplex adapter for stereo FM.

    The "X" in the model number indicates that the multiplex adapter was optional and could be ordered for an additional $50.00.

    The 6 speakers consist of: 2 x 12 inch woofers, 2 x 8 inch midrange, and 2 x 3 inch tweeters.
