Notes | The General Electric models A-63 and A-65 share the same schematic at Rider's 6-9 through 6-13 which show IF peak at 465 kc. They can have a 25 cycle (C) or 60 cycle mains transformer which came in two versions, one fix for 105-120 volts (A), the other for 105 to 250 volts with 4 tappings (V). The Broadcast band covers 540 - 1600 kc and the Short wave band 5.4 16 mc (foreign broadcasts). Distinctive cabinet of butt walnut veneer. |
