This model number 5 dates from 1934. It is a AC set with 5 tubes (valves) 2 # 58's, 2A6, & a 2A5 as a output & a # 80 as a rectifier. There are 2 additional knobs at the rear: 1 is a tone control & the other is a short wave switch. It is listed in Stein's volume 2 @ $ 225. I bought this set at one of our clubs auctions. It does work well too.
