  • Der Record-Boy 300 ist ein kleiner Reiseempfänger mit einem eingebauten Netzteil. Das Gerät hat eine Anschlußbuchse für einen Kopfhörer.

    Transistor T1 is the BF314 (just like the models Record-Boy 301 and Record-Boy 1100). In the schematic for model Record-Boy 300 we find at the top this same BF314, however, the listing at the bottom shows BF341 (obviously a typing or printing error, corrected by hand).
