  • This Transistor set appears to be virtually identical to the Music Boy 210E.
    It has a full range tone control. No automatic frequency control on FM. No signal strength or battery meter.
    Connections on the side for 1) Line In/Out, 2) US Style earphone plug and 3) external AC adaptor.
    Battery holder takes 6 D Cells (9 volts).
    No "Made in Germany" markings. Probably it was made in Portugal. No country markings on dial glass - just frequencies in Khz, m, and MHz and "channels" for FM.
    Markings on "Grundig Quality" tag inside battery compartment are as follows:
