British Columbia, Canada Forest Service  Radio #  312

This unit has a wooden case with the Transmit / Receive chassis and controls in the top half of the case and the batteries located in the bottom half.  Originally this unit would have had a front door that closed. The microphone, which is missing, would have hung on the inside of the door. The door would have closed and latched when one wanted it to be portable.

There are two unidentified two pin sockets mounted on the chassis which are not identified. They are not available for users use.
