• This Radio Cassette recorder normally has 2 detachable speakers with bass and treble drivers on either side and a central speaker in the main part of the cabinet. When the 2 side stereo speakers are unplugged, the central speaker is fed via resistors from both the main outputs, giving a mono signal. When the 2 side speakers are plugged in the central speaker is fed from each of the main outputs via an inductor, thus giving the effect of a central woofer.

  There are 5 presets for FM stations

  The TDA1908 spec gives "typ." output power as approx 9 watts with 18v, (when used on mains the supply volts is 20) and approx. 4 watt with a 12 volt supply (battery)
