    BC personal portable having six transistors and two germanium diodes. Housed in vinyl (black only) covered cabinet with detachable carrying strap, packed in gift box.

    Features: Ferrite rod aerial. Socket for earpiece (supplied) or extension speaker. Operates from one Eveready Type 2162 (9V) battery. Straight-line dial mounted on top of receiver; side mounted controls.

    Both the 41-26 and the 41-24 (Playway) use the 89-2 chassis. The 41-24 has a “Leatherette” covered plastic case whereas the 41-26 is vinyl covered.  They came with an earphone and a carry strap but no carry case. Price is with battery.
