The Lafayette 60-Watt amplifier marks a noteworthy step forward in design practice. While, heretofore, amplifiers of this power rating were furnished as two separate units, (driver and power stage). Lafayette engineers have succeeded in developing a high-power high-fidelity amplifier which is completely contained on one compact chassis and incorporates an Electronic mixer and faders as well.

Never before has an amplifier with this power rating and quality been available as a single compact unit and at such a remarkably low price. Not only have Lafayette engineers succeeded in combining driver and power stages on a single chassis, but they have gone even further than that—an Electronic mixer, pre-amplifier and faders are included. Everything, with the exception of field supply, is included for high-power, high-fidelity amplification. Field supply is omitted for efficiency of installation.
