  • The Lafayette DeLuxe 9 tube "all wave battery radio" is listed for the following "models": B-68 mantel, B-69 mantel incl. A and B batteries, B-75 console with all the batteries incorporated and B-76 less batteries. So in fact there is only one mantel radio and one console (with the same schematic Rider's 14-45 - 14-47) - but we list also the others to be complete as a reference work. The bands are BC 173 - 560 m, 64- 175 m and 18.8 - 53.6 meters. Automatic Volume Control, class B power stage, permanent dynamic speaker, 3 gang tuning condenser and 5.5" micrometer airplane dial.

    The B-68 mantel receiver has a list price of $ 90.00 and Lafayette asks for $ 44.95 - with the batteries as B-69 ($ 107.00) it is $ 52.95 and as console ($ 117.00) it is $ 58.50 or without batteries as B-76 $ 49.95.
