  • The Lafayette catalog calls these two chassis, C-92 (4 bands) and C-93 (5 bands) Auburn 8-Tube Super. Auburn bandspread system, reception 12 - 555 meters, for C-93 plus LW (up to 2000 meters). Sensitivity 0.8 to 1.5 microvolts. Other features include a tone compensator which lifts the bass notes as the volume is cut down for a full natural tone at low volume.
