  • The Marantz Audio Consolette is an AC operated 3 tube mono audio preamplifier. Has variable Bass/Treble Controls and separate Bass/Treble Phono Equalizers.  Independent Loudness Compensator, High Cutoff Filter, Remote Power Section that contains the power transformer and rectifier circuits.

    There are two known versions of the Audio Consolette:

    Audio Consolette Model 1 Has additional tape selector switch on left side of front panel, power light moved from the left to the right of the power switch, all knobs are chrome, front and back panels have different markings including the "Model 1" marking on the rear panel.
