  • The MMT 1296/144 transverter, completely in solid state, is a linear transverter which, coupled to a 144 MHz transceiver, constitutes a highly reliable 1296 MHz transceiver.

    The apparatus consists of two parts:

    1) MMK 1296/144 converter receiver incorporating the MMA 1296 preamplifier.
    2) Frequency conversion transmitter with a final power stage.

    Characteristics:

    • Frequency coverage: 1296 - 1298 MHz
    • Input frequency: 144 - 146 MHz.
    • Local oscillator: 96 MHz
    • Emission systems: SSB - FM - AM - CW
    • Input power for max output : 5 - 500 mW or 10 W with 15 dB attenuator.
    • RX and TX impedance: 50 Ω.
    • Output power: 1.3 W continuous (2.6 pep)
    • Converter gain: 25 dB

    Built in a diecast case. Only a few transistors are listed, one per type.
