  • Annotazioni
  • Montgomery Ward sold this Airline model series 35GSL at least in three colors: 35GSL-1560A in White, 35GSL-1561A in Yellow and 35GSL-1562A in Mahogany. Interesting is the concept to have the clock in front and nothing more which would be there for a radio. The two knobs on the right side, a tuning knob with inscription 160 to 55 and a knob for volume and on/off, do the whole job. There seems not to be a Photofact schematic for these clock radios which come with the same chassis and cabinet. But there are many of this concept with the 12AU6 as oscillator/converter, one IF transformer, 12AV6 as detector and the 50C5 as output. Firestone seems to have made it and this model 4-A-122 has a most similar or the same cabinet - and most probably the same or most similar schematic.
