  • The National FBX is the crystal filtered version of the National FB-7. It covers 1500 to 20000 KHz (coils FB A-E), 800 to 34000 KHz (with optional coils FB AA-F), and 20 to 160 meter amateur bands (with optional bandspread coils AB 20-160) (see FB-7 Coil Data). An
    optional external RF preselector, National PSK, was available. The FBX requires an optional external power supply, such as the National 5880AB, 5887AB, or the high voltage version 5897AB.
