Die konische Membran besteht aus flachem, lackierten Papier mit gold- und schwarz bedrucktem Dekor. Die Dicke beträgt 0,2 mm. Die Membran ist mit feinen Stichen von der Mitte bis zur Kante maschinell genäht. Sie ist in der Mitte mit Messingmuttern an einen Metallstab angeschlossen, der am Magnetantrieb (Treiber) befestigt ist. Der Stellantrieb (mit einem Stellhebel) ist auf den runden, kupferbeschichteten, gepressten Stahlblechrahmen (Materialstärke 0,7 mm) geschraubt. Die Membran ist aktuell nicht mit dem Rahmen verbunden (verklebt) und kann sich frei drehen. Es ist schwer zu sehen, ob sie jemals auf irgendeine Weise am Rahmen befestigt war, ohne ihn zu zerlegen. Der Fuss besteht aus braunem Bakelit, auf dem der Markenname Nora aufgedruckt ist.

The conical diaphragm is made from flat lacquered paper with gold and black printed decoration, measured thickness is 0.2 mm. The diaphragm is machine sewn from the centre to the edge with fine stitches. It is connected in the centre, with brass nuts, to a metal rod fitted to the magnetic actuator. The actuator (with a adjusting lever) is  screwed on to the round, copper plated, pressed steel plate (0.7mm material) frame. The diaphragm is today not connected (glued) to the frame, and can turn freely. It is difficult to see if it ever was stuck to the frame in any way, without taking it apart. The stand is brown Bakelite marked with the Nora brand name printed on it.
