  • It has two RF amplifier stages, covers 12 to 550 meters in four bands, plus an optional European or Weather Band covering 750 to 2300 meters, a tuning eye tube, a Beat Frequency Oscillator (BFO), push-pull audio amplifier, 9KC separation, and a high fidelity switch to broaden the response curves of the intermediate frequncy transformers.  The chasss is "climate proof" with all transformers, oils, and condensers (capacitors) vacuum impregnated.
