  • The range of the tuner is from 190 to 545 meters. Power supply is built-in for 110-volt, 50/60-cycle a.c. operation. Two output impedances are provided. One is 50,000 ohms, the other 500 ohms. The output level is sufficiently high for use in conjunction with amplifiers having as little as 50 db gain. A.V.C. action can be cut out by means of a control on front panel to obtain maximum fidelity. A manual volume control is provided, and is governed from the front panel. Selectivity is rated at 1000 times 97 kc. wide—an unusual figure of merit in a tuner of this type.
