The Philco 048A Set Tester contains the Philco 024 Signal Generator and Philco 025 Circuit Tester in one unit, housed in a mahogany cabinet with leather handle.
The signal generator covers all frequencies from105 to 2000 kHz.
The circuit tester has 5 AC voltage ranges, 5 DC voltage ranges, 5 output meter ranges, 3 milliamp ranges, 3 ohmmeter ranges, plus a special 10 amp shunt for automobile radio circuit tests.
