• Philips Model 228 "Beethoven"

  A single unit stereo radiogram featuring "glide-o-matic" cabinet. Wide cabinet design allows the two 8" double cone speakers to be spread for true stereo. Matched twin channel push/pull amplifiers, with 13 valve function performance, provide trebles and
  extended basses in reproduction of both records and radio. Record changer plays and changes all types of records at all speeds. Simplified push-button control and the new ceramic head with diamond stylus is impervious to climatic changes.

  Available in walnut, maple or rosewood with harmonising sycamore interior.

  Loudspeakers: two 8" twin cones (MSP type 8TAX/15). Power output 14W total output (7W per channel) measured in voice coils at 400 cps (Hz).

  Record player: Philips Model AG1015 4-speed automatic changer with "featherweight" ceramic pick-up head Type AG3222. (MINGAY'S PRICE SERVICE)
