    This Philips Frequency Measuring System PM 6612 High Resolution Counter  is a frequency and period average measuring device for frequencies between 5 Hz and approx. 115 MHz.
    Maximum sensitivity is approx.7 mV rms for lower frequencies, 25 mV rms between 1,2 MHz and 80 MHz and 150mV up to 115MHz
    Two channels for time-interval, period, frequency relations or pulse measurements etc.
    Automatic period averaging.

    The counter provides a bright 9 digit display and a high stable oven-controlled time base.
